Premium, promised. Every time.
You never have to wonder who is picking you up. Our car, our driver, our standard — and it is electric, so it is quiet too.
One premium standard Trained, badged drivers Quiet, electric cars
What you actually get when the car pulls up.
Premium is not a word on a website — it is six things you can check the moment the door opens.
A driver with a name
Uniform, badge and ID, and a professional manner that was taught, not hoped for. Every driver is on our books — not an unknown with an app.
The fare, before you go
Agreed up front. No surge pricing at the end of a long day, and no argument at the destination. Corporate accounts get one invoice a month.
A cabin kept to standard
Cleaned and checked between shifts, not whenever an owner gets round to it. The car is ours, so an untidy one is our failure, not your bad luck.
Quiet enough to think
Electric cars have no engine noise and no fumes in the cabin. You can take a call on the way to a meeting and arrive able to hear yourself.
Airports and hotels
Booked ahead, assigned to a named driver, confirmed the night before — airport or hotel. Hotels put guests in our cars for the same reason we exist: the pickup has to happen, and it has to be presentable.
The same standard next time
That is the whole point. One company, one training standard, one badge — in Kampala today, and in Kigali and Nairobi as we grow.
The difference is not the car. It's the certainty.
Everyone can get you from A to B. Only one of these two lets you stop thinking about it.
To make every ride in East Africa electric, professional, and predictable — with the Future Hails badge as the guarantee.
We own the cars, train the drivers, and control the standard — so passengers get the same safe, premium trip everywhere.
Not an aggregator. A managed, premium fleet.
Anyone can upload a car to an app and start driving — which is exactly why you never know what will turn up. We built the opposite. A premium ride that is only premium sometimes is not a premium ride at all, so the standard has to hold on every trip.
Two problems, one answer.
Started in Kampala, we saw the problem: customers fear different cars, different drivers, different standards. And a good driver with no car of their own is locked out of the work entirely.
Future Hails fixes both. We invest in the EVs, we train the drivers to a five-star standard, and we own the experience end to end.
- A standard people can rely on — the same car, the same training, every trip
- A route into professional driving for people with no capital to buy a car
- Cleaner streets as a consequence — electric from the start, not retrofitted later
How it works
Three steps, and the same car standard every time.
Book your ride
Tell us where you are and where you're going. Corporate accounts get centralised billing and a monthly statement.
Ride electric
A company-owned EV arrives with a trained, badged driver. Quiet, clean, and no fuel smell on your clothes.
Arrive sustainable
Zero tailpipe emissions for the whole trip. Corporate partners get the numbers for their sustainability reporting.
We didn't go electric for the badge.
The experience comes first. Electric is how we pay for it. Fuel eats 50–60% of the revenue in a conventional fleet — take that out and you can afford to train drivers properly, maintain the cars properly, and still charge a fair fare.
For you
No engine noise, no fumes in the cabin, no fuel smell on your clothes. A smoother, quieter trip — which is the part you actually feel.
For the driver
The fuel bill is the single biggest thing standing between a driver and a living. Charging is included, so more of what they earn stays with them.
For the city
Fewer emissions on the streets people live and trade on. Good for Kampala, and something our corporate partners can put in a report.
One standard, three markets.
We start where we are and take the same badge with us. Not a franchise — the same company, the same cars, the same training.
“You ordered on the app, you got a Future Hails driver —
so you already know exactly what kind of trip this is.”
A job, not a gamble.
Future Hails drivers are employed by Future Hails — the way the taxi fleets in Dubai run. You are not renting a car, not buying one, and not carrying the risk. You drive ours, in uniform, with the company behind you.
- Employed by Future Hails — not a rental, not a franchise
- Car provided and maintained by us — no deposit, nothing to buy
- Charging included — no fuel bill coming out of your pocket
- Uniform, badge and ID, and training through our academy
Future Hails Academy
Every driver works through the academy before their first passenger: EV safety, customer service, city routes and compliance. Progress is tracked in the driver portal.
